Glide Reporting & Analytics Definitions

Channel terminology: The digital channel is the online application flow completed by the applicant themselves. The metric name “Member Flow Started” is retained below to match the existing report.

1. Member Flow Started Counts

• Definition: Tracks when a user begins the account selection process.

• Internal Event: ONBOARDING_PERSONAL_ACCOUNT_SELECTION

• Note: This occurs earlier in the funnel, before account creation.

2. Dashboard User Counts

• Definition: Tracks when a user is successfully created after completing the Plaid step.

• Placement in Funnel: Later than Member Flow Started.

3. Key Insight

• Because Member Flow Started is tracked earlier, its counts will always be higher than Dashboard User Counts.
