1. Member Flow Started Counts

  • Definition: Tracks when a user begins the account selection process.

  • Internal Event: ONBOARDING_PERSONAL_ACCOUNT_SELECTION

  • Note: This occurs earlier in the funnel, before account creation.

2. Dashboard User Counts

  • Definition: Tracks when a user is successfully created after completing the Plaid step.

  • Placement in Funnel: Later than Member Flow Started.

3. Key Insight

  • Because Member Flow Started is tracked earlier, its counts will always be higher than Dashboard User Counts.
