In order to update a product within Glide, please open a ticket with the following information. Glide is able to update products within 7-10 business days.
Please ensure the product is added in both your test core and production core when submitting this request.
Information:
What would you like the product name in Glide to be? This name will be visible to members.
What is the product description or name in the core? This is case sensitive.
What is the product type code?
What is the ID Range (Suffix) for this product?
What category of product is this (Savings, Checking, or Share Certificate)?
If this is a share certificate and you would like to make the APY visible, please state the APY.
What is the minimum and maximum deposit? (If left blank, this will use the category defaults)
What membership types should this account be visible on? For example: Personal, Minor, Trust, or Business.
Should this account be visible on the member flow? If so:
What position in the product list should this product appear?
How many times can this product be opened per membership?
Please provide a short description around 150-200 characters.
When would you like this product to move to production? If the product should not be released to production before a certain date, please clarify.
