Overview
The reporting feature allows your team to download reports on summary data, memberships, and transactions.
To download reports, navigate to the Analytics page. Then, click on the "Download Reports" button in the top right. Next, select the desired report, select start date and end date, and click Download.

Report Definitions
Report | Definition |
State Status | Breakdown of how many applications in each state. |
Funding Breakdown | Breakdown of $ deposited and # of transactions by funding type (Card, ACH). Include successful card transactions only. |
Onboarding Actions | Percent completion of each onboarding product |
Product Breakdown | Breakdown of the number of openings per product |
Average Response Time | Time between Pending and the next action (approved, waiting on member) |
Funding Ratio | Accounts with at least 1 funding divided by approved members for the date range selected |
Auto-Approved Ratio | Ratio of many applications are auto approved vs referred to pending |
Products per member | Breakdown of the average products per member. |
Location Breakdown | Breakdown of each "Submitted location" and "Started location" and the respective count for each. |
New shares | List of new shares added via Glide. |
ACH Transactions | List of ACH transactions for all membership types. |
Card Transactions | List of card transactions for all membership types. |
Transactions | List of all transactions for all membership types. |
Approved Memberships | List of approved memberships |
Submitted Applications | List of submitted memberships |
Approved Student Org Applications | List of approved student org applications |
Submitted Student Org Applications | List of submitted student org applications |
Approved Business Applications | List of approved business applications |
Submitted Business Applications | List of submitted business applications |
Promo Codes | List of all memberships that have used a promo code. |
Pending Reason | List of pending reasons and how many times they have occurred. |
Dashboard Access List | List of staff members and the last time they have logged into the staff dashboards. |
Fraud Override Report (Contact CSM to Enable) | Report with information regarding what fraud checks have been overridden, overrider, and override reason |
Added Roles Report | Detailed overview of all additional roles assigned to primary members within the system |
Funnel Report | Analysis of the user journey through key stages of the application process to track conversion rate. |
Personal URL Applications | List of applications from Personal URLs (personal URL link was used on member flow) |
Application creations by staff | Includes applications from Personal URLs and applications that were created via the dashboard. Does not include apps that were approved/denied by employees unless the employee also had created the app. |
ChexSystems Report Log | Provide a record of all instances where a ChexSystems check has been performed |
Direct Deposit Report | Provides a record of successfully completed direct deposit switches |
Missing Membership card (Contact CSM to Enable) | List of approved new memberships that do not have a signature card within the documents section. Does not include pre-glide members. |
Missing Joint Membership card (Contact CSM to Enable) | List of approved joint owners that do not have a signature card within the documents section. |
