Learn about the downloadable reports on the analytics page

Overview

The reporting feature allows your team to download reports on summary data, memberships, and transactions.

To download reports, navigate to the Analytics page. Then, click on the "Download Reports" button in the top right. Next, select the desired report, select start date and end date, and click Download.

Definition

State Status

Breakdown of how many applications in each state.

Funding Breakdown

Breakdown of $ deposited and # of transactions by funding type (Card, ACH). Include successful card transactions only.

Onboarding Actions

Percent completion of each onboarding product

Product Breakdown

Breakdown of the number of openings per product

Average Response Time

Time between Pending and the next action (approved, waiting on member)

Funding Ratio

Accounts with at least 1 funding divided by approved members for the date range selected

Auto-Approved Ratio

Ratio of many applications are auto approved vs referred to pending

Products per member

Breakdown of the average products per member.

Location Breakdown

Breakdown of each "Submitted location" and "Started location" and the respective count for each.

New shares

List of new shares added via Glide.

ACH Transactions

List of ACH transactions for all membership types.

Card Transactions

List of card transactions for all membership types.

Transactions

List of all transactions for all membership types.

Approved Memberships

List of approved memberships

Submitted Applications

List of submitted memberships

Approved Student Org Applications

List of approved student org applications
