Topaz Readers
Glide uses SigWeb to connect to Topaz readers via a browser extension.
Supported browsers
Windows 8.1, 10, or 11
Firefox, Chrome, Edge (10166 build or newer), Opera, or IE11+
Not compatible with shared desktop environments.

Once complete, test SigWeb with the SigWeb Demo at this page: www.sigplusweb.com/sigwebtablet_demo.html. Click “Sign” and sign on your signature pad; your signature will appear in the signature box.
Once installed, navigate to your sandbox Glide dashboard URL, click on an approved member, and click “Collect Signature” out for an approved member.
Silent Installation
If you are installing SigWeb for the first time, please note that the installer functions by first installing the SigWeb service, and then the service will work to update the certificate from the internet. Per the agreement, you may download the silent SigWeb installer at the location below. Refer to the included text file for instructions:
If your interest is simply to update the SigWeb certificate, you can do this silently by downloading and following the instructions here:
To include silent installation of the updated cert from the internet and suppress popup cert installation, be sure to include SHOW_POPUP_NOTIFICATIONS=FALSE in your command-line (see text file instructions).
