Overview
Glide automatically generates signature cards when applications submitted from the member flow are approved. Glide's standard signature cards can be used for record keeping purposes and include date, time, IP address, and other information for when disclosures are signed.
Glide's signature cards are also used when staff collect signature in branch via Topaz Signature Pads or Collect Signature via Link.

Configuration Options
Default behavior for when Glide's standard signature card is generated:
Generate a signature card upon approval of an application submitted from the member flow (Channel = member flow).
Generate a signature card when a joint owner is added from the member flow (regardless of if it is auto approved or approved manually)
Optional configuration options:
Generate a signature card when share products are added (with the ability to classify specifically share product type)
Ex: Automatically generate a signature card when checking account products are added via member flow
Choose to automatically generate a signature card regardless of channel submitted (Default behavior is signature cards only are generated when actions are conducted from member flow).
Custom Signature Card Support
If your FI would like to use a custom signature card either for in branch signatures or for generation for member flow apps, please reach out to your integration team. An additional cost is associated with using customer signature cards.
