This function can be supported via a loan note. Meridian Link can be configured to add an application to a queue if a certain keyword appears on the note.

Ability for user to indicate that they are ready to move forward with an approved or counter-offered loan.

Embedded DocuSign

Display a DocuSign document within the Glide experience for users to sign the loan closing docs.

Submission Process

  1. User goes through the Glide Digital Loan Application process

  2. User submits the loan

    1. At this point Glide will send the loan application to the LOS

  3. Initial Decision

    1. The LOS will return the initial decision on the application (Pending review, Approved, Denied)

Post Submission

Decisions

Any decision status updates will be sent to Glide automatically via webhook.

  • Users logging into the Glide experience will see the latest status.

  • Staff viewing the loan application in the Glide dashboard will see the latest stats as well as the time we received it.

Stipulations

Along with decisions, the LOS will new stipulation requirements via webhook.

  • If a new stipulation is detected, it will be created as an applicant task for the user to view and submit the required documents.

  • Submitted documents will be uploaded to the application in the LOS

    • Note: Meridian Link does not support the ability to connect an uploaded document to a specific stipulation requirement.

  • As needed, staff can manually add applicant tasks to an application in the Glide dashboard

Staff Experience

Use the Glide Dashboard for:

  1. Configuring the user flow

    1. Loan types, categories and sub-categories

    2. Disclosures

    3. Pre-qualification logics (rate sheets)

    4. Ancillary product configuration

    5. Recommended offers

  2. (Optional) Viewing loan applications, including in progress applications

    1. Latest status

    2. Information collected from the user

    3. Activity trail for events during and after the application flow

  3. Manual creation of applicant tasks

  4. Viewing recommended offers for cross-sell opportunities

Use Meridian Link for:

  1. Hard credit pulls

  2. Decisioning

  3. Booking of loans

  4. Viewing submitted loan applications

Viewing loan applications: The Glide dashboard will include applications that have not been submitted yet, which are not visible in the LOS.

However, the LOS will have more data related to submitted applications such as hard pulls and decisions.
