Creating a Support Ticket
Via Dashboard (Preferred)
To submit a ticket on the dashboard, click on the chat bubble in the bottom right. Then, select, "Create a ticket." In this pop up, you'll also be able to see your outstanding tickets and respond to follow up messages.
Via Email
If you prefer email, our support email is [email protected]. This will automatically create a ticket.
Help Center & Ticket Portal
To access our help center and ticket portal, click on the "Help Center" button on the bottom left. This will open the help center in a new tab.
Once on the help center, you can search for articles (2) or view the ticket portal (3). The ticket portal will allow you to see the tickets your or anyone at your credit union has filed.
Clicking the ticket portal will show you all filed tickets.
Clicking into a ticket will allow you to see the title, message, any attachments. If you'd like to add to the conversation, for example to report additional cases of a bug, click send a message and join the ticket.
