Credit Report Generation
Last updated: March 11, 2026
Overview
Glide allows your credit union to automatically run a soft pull credit report when new applications are submitted. Experian, Transunion, and Equifax are supported. Depending on the setup, these reports can be auto-generated or manually triggered by staff via the dashboard.
Key Features
Soft Pull Credit Report: The report generated is a soft inquiry, ensuring no impact on the member's credit score.
Document Storage: When a credit report is auto-generated, it is automatically saved in the documents table on the Glide dashboard and securely transmitted to your SFTP server. Providing easy access, secure delivery, and reliable record-keeping.
Manual Execution: Staff members can always manually generate a credit report on-demand through the dashboard, offering flexibility in handling specific cases.
Auto Run Setup Options
To tailor the credit report generation process, you can configure the following:
Role Selection: Choose which roles should automatically trigger a credit report upon submission. You can select multiple roles and define these per membership:
Personal Membership: Primary, Joint Owners
Minor/Youth Membership: Primary (minor), Joint Owners
Trust Membership: Trustee, Trustor as Trustee, Trustor
Business Account: Authorized Signer, Business Owner
Minimum Age Requirement: Specify the minimum age for credit report generation. Reports will not be generated for members below the selected age threshold.
Core Integration (Optional)
An optional configuration is available to automatically push the generated credit score directly to the account record on the core system.
